The purpose of Approve Requirements is to obtain agreement on and approval of requirements and designs for business analysis work to continue and/or solution construction to proceed.

  • Requirements – Use the Change Strategy, Requirements Management Tools/Repository, the Solution Scope, Legal/Regulatory Information and the Governance Approach as guidelines and tools.

Domain Subject Matter Expert - Reviews and approves requirements and designs to ensure designation of stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
End User - Involved with the approval, review, validation, and prioritization of requirements and designs.
Operational Support - Review and approve requirements and designs, to ensure compliance with technical standards and capability plans.
Project Manager - Manages project plans according to review and approval or requirements and designs.
Regulator - Provides opinions on the relationship between requirements and designs and regulations.
