Stakeholder Engagement Approach
Its purpose is to understand and document communication and collaboration with stakeholders.


The project stakeholder engagement approach receives input from Business Needs, and the Business Analysis Approach. It provides input to the Governance Approach, the Elicitation Activity Plan, the Information Management Approach, Stakeholder Engagement, the Change strategy, and Business Analysis Information.

Stakeholder Engagement Approach contains 4 attributes and is produced by 1 operation:
Project Name - Identifies the project the document is for.
Perform Stakeholder Analysis – A list of the stakeholders involved in the project, their role, decision-making authority and attitude towards the project.
Define Stakeholder Collaboration – A communication plan for interacting with stakeholders, including logistics and timing.
Stakeholder Communication Needs – A description of how communication with stakeholders will occur and what is to be communicated.
